Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play a critical role in our clinical team, working with couples and families to improve their emotional and relational well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions via telehealth or in our outpatient office.

• Designing and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions for families in crisis.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, and sibling conflicts.

• Facilitating communication among family members to resolve conflicts, including mother/daughter dynamics.
\n
• Supporting clients through life transitions such as divorce and job stress, helping them adjust and cope effectively.

• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation as per regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals, spanning a range of challenges. You will specialize in supporting those dealing with:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Psychological effects of physical or emotional abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss as well as adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n
