IT Staffing Sales Executive – New Business Development
Charlotte, NC | Hybrid | Up to $100K Base + Commission
We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Sales professional to join a growing team in Charlotte. This is a true new business development / hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and winning new mid-to-large sized accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proven staffing sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships with decision-makers, and turning new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development across a targeted list of mid-to-large companies
- Identify and engage new prospects, decision-makers, and hiring leaders
- Build relationships and develop staffing partnerships within target accounts
- Generate new IT staffing opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting through close
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution for clients
- Develop and expand accounts through consultative selling and relationship management
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and consistently work toward revenue and new-client acquisition goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT staffing sales / business development
- A true hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Experience selling staffing solutions into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing market and the ability to speak credibly with technical hiring leaders
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a sales territory and pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
