We operate primarily during flexible hours from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, offering you the ability to design your schedule around your personal needs and commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through telehealth and in-person sessions, focusing on individuals, couples, and families.

• Employ a variety of therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain precise clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the highest quality of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role will also involve providing support to couples and families navigating complex dynamics. By utilizing your expertise as an LMFT, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
