Associate Director, Field Analytics

Role:

Associate Director, Field Analytics, focused on secondary data analytics to inform sales strategy and field optimization for BeiGene’s cancer therapeutics.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing data-driven targeting and call plans, conducting market segmentation, analyzing sales force structure, and supporting territory alignment and incentive programs. The role involves collaboration with Commercial Management, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics teams to generate actionable insights from claims, primary research, and forecasting data. Tasks also encompass designing sales systems, dashboards, and reports, plus providing ad hoc analyses and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business with 8+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma commercial analytics or sales operations, with oncology or hematology experience strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of secondary data sources (e.g., syndicated sales, payer data), strong analytical skills, project management, vendor management, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL are required. Experience with territory mapping software and reporting tools is preferred. The role involves 15-20% travel. High-value specifics include oncology/hematology products, commercialization stage, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and analytics functions.
