Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address client-specific needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet regulatory compliance and internal standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to support treatment efficacy.
\n
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage actively in all licensing, accreditation processes, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives to uphold service standards.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Promote open communication within the organization to meet contract requirements and contribute positively to the mission of Adorable Healing Counseling.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal entities to identify partnership opportunities and secure funding sources for programs.

• Participate in personal and professional development activities such as conferences, workshops, and community representation.
\n
• Embody and advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in your daily practice.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the needs of the organization and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports individuals facing mental health challenges, including those with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and cognitive impairments from acquired brain injuries. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients toward recovery and resilience, ensuring that each person receives customized, person-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• A valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
