Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis management sessions, employing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our integrated electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular case consultations and program improvement initiatives, contributing insights from your clinical experiences to enhance our service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. You will employ a person-centered approach that respects the unique backgrounds and life experiences of each individual you work with. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in mental health settings, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic techniques and ethical standards.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
