Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $136,822 $179,379 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually via QVIP incentive, relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and emergency surgical care for inpatient units
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans within scope
• Support trauma surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all care in Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical bylaws
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education activities

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado (or eligible), ANCC certification, DEA registration, BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical experience, or completion of a surgical fellowship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-acuity environment
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
