Nomura Capital Management seeks an Executive Director to lead opportunistic private credit with a real estate focus for NAIFX. You will source, structure, diligence and monitor investments, leveraging an established network of originators and fund managers to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.
Requires 10+ years in private real estate credit, interval fund experience preferred, and a strong track record in alpha generation with fiduciary integrity.
