Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, utilizing solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist clients effectively.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, strategically engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide integrated care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review supervision to continuously improve the quality and efficacy of our therapeutic services.

• Educate clients and their family members about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and helpful resources available within the community.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of mental health by staying informed of current research and advancements in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds and experiences, each facing distinct challenges in their mental health journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
