Key Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional paraprofessional certifications valued

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities, lessons, and behavioral support
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Support a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Supervise students safely during classroom, lunch, and transition periods
• Perform clerical and organizational tasks to support instructional staff
