Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments via telehealth to determine clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment readiness, utilizing standardized assessment tools and methodologies.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to help clients achieve therapeutic milestones.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to develop and coordinate integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Act as a client advocate, connecting them with vital community resources and support services that enhance their recovery process and overall wellness.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
