Basic Qualifications

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent Salesforce platform experience may be considered.

Skill(s): Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, solution design, system integration, automation, data architecture, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions: 

Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, climb, and lift items weighing 40 lbs. or less; and extended time working on computer and use of fine motor skills involving repetitive motions .

Experience : 

Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, working with APIs and system integrations, Salesforce Flows, security, automation, and data architecture required. Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ERP integrations, or Apex development preferred.

General Responsibilities

The Salesforce Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving scalable Salesforce solutions across the Curry Supply Holdings organization. This position partners with business leaders, internal team members, and external vendors to solve operational challenges, strengthen integrations, improve automation, and help shape the future of the company’s Salesforce ecosystem.

Essential Duties

The position requires hands-on technical involvement while also leading solution design for new initiatives and continuously improving existing business processes.

1. Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
2. Lead technical design for new initiatives while remaining hands-on during implementation.
3. Build and improve integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
4. Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
5. Improve existing automations, integrations, and business processes.
6. Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend where they can provide value.
7. Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
8. Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.
9. Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compile information as necessary or as directed and provide data to appropriate personnel.
10. Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.

1. Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

Compensation details: 80000-100000 Yearly Salary
