Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and ascertain specific needs, using tools like diagnostic interviews and standardized assessments.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the goals and preferences of clients, employing evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, focusing on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele primarily consists of adult individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, combined with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.

• No recent disciplinary actions on licensure.
