Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our team operates from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with options for different shift configurations, such as four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather, analyze, and interpret vital social, personal, environmental, and health information for treatment planning.
\n
• Evaluate and treat various psychological and social issues within your scope of practice, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs and activities tailored to meet the social and emotional needs of clients and improve health outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate interventions in cognitive, affective, and behavioral health scenarios, including crisis situations, and provide referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships rooted in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with each client.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in accordance with established protocols and maintain an organized caseload.

• Provide individualized clinical counseling tailored specifically to each client’s needs and circumstances.

• Be open to taking on additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by supervisors to support team and organizational goals.
