Business Development Representative (BDR) — Beauty & Wellness Partnerships

Elite Circle is a private membership app that connects premium businesses with a curated community through exclusive experiences. Our partners span beauty salons, med spas, wellness centers, fitness studios, restaurants, hotels, and luxury hospitality brands. Through authentic social content and verified customer reviews, we help these businesses grow their visibility, strengthen their reputation, and attract new customers. Your Mission Find outstanding beauty and wellness businesses, build relationships with the people who make decisions, qualify their interest, and set partnership meetings with our Founder. As one of the first members of our sales team, you'll help shape the future of Elite Circle — and learn firsthand how partnerships get built inside a fast-growing startup. What You'll Do Prospect beauty salons, med spas, wellness centers, Pilates and fitness studios Visit businesses in person to introduce Elite Circle Run outreach across Instagram, email, phone, and LinkedIn Build genuine relationships with owners and key decision-makers Qualify prospects before booking meetings Keep a clean, organized CRM and follow-up pipeline Bring customer feedback and common objections back to leadership Compensation $25/hour (~20 hours per week) Commission on every paying partnership you help generate 50/50 split between the lead generator and the closer Even if the Founder closes a business you sourced, your 50% is still yours Who We're Looking For A confident, professional communicator Comfortable with in-person outreach Organized and consistent with follow-up Genuine passion for beauty, wellness, or hospitality Ambitious, coachable, and eager to grow Where This Can Go You'll start by generating qualified opportunities alongside the Founder. As Elite Circle grows, you'll have the chance to lead your own meetings, close partnerships independently, mentor new reps, and advance into a Partnerships Executive or Sales Leadership role.
