Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards. Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. Revenue Growth & Strategy Drive team financial performance through goal‑setting, reporting, and coaching. Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement. Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes. Operational Excellence Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes. Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking. Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in plumbing or military service. Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
