Part-Time Office Administrative Manager – Middlesex County
- $23/hour | Part-Time Schedule
A well-established organization is seeking a part-time Office Administrative Manager to support daily operations, programs, and events. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly while serving as a key point of contact for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support programs, meetings, and events
- Serve as the first point of contact—professional, welcoming presence
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Provide direct support to leadership and management team
- Handle scheduling, communications, and general office coordination
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer-facing experience
- Comfortable supporting events and cross-functional teams
- Proficient with standard office systems and technology
