Responsibilities

• Performance Reviews: Process, log, and track high volume employee performance reviews to completion.
• Onboarding Admin: Handle the tactical side of onboarding, including sending offer letters and launching background and compliance checks.
• Form I-9 & E-Verify: Oversee the complete I-9 and E-Verify process for all new hires, ensuring 100% legal compliance.
• Employee Relations Support: Assist HR leadership with employee relations investigations by taking notes, scheduling interviews, and organizing confidential files.
