CFS is partnering with a long-standing client to identify a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team. - Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct phone screenings.
- Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Assist with recruiting efforts and the interview process.
- Maintain and update employee records, policies, and the employee handbook.
- Support employee performance reviews and various employee relations initiatives.
- Process and administer FMLA and other leave requests.
- Partner with leadership on HR projects and day-to-day employee support.
- Previous Human Resources experience or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding preferred.
- Knowledge of FMLA, employee relations, and HR best practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Salary: $75k-85k
