Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services by effectively managing the therapeutic care of an assigned patient group, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' rehabilitation needs and collaboratively develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on achieving specific goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Administer treatment interventions, using evidence-based practices, within the scope established by professional and legal standards.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques and tools to assess and improve patients' functional and rehabilitative abilities, ensuring each patient receives tailored recovery support.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, equipment usage, and self-care techniques essential for continued healing outside of scheduled therapy sessions.
• Maintain optimal caseload management by prioritizing patient needs, determining necessary staffing considerations, and coordinating care across transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will encompass both adult and pediatric patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals following surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, and those with chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• An accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is highly preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required and must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• A commitment to continued professional education and development.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with clinical internships focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation will be viewed favorably.
