Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and continuous progress evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical encounters in electronic medical records, tracking patient progress, treatment updates, and any changes to care plans.

• Foster clear communication with multidisciplinary teams by reporting on patient progress and needs during regular team meetings.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Engage with family members and support systems to develop coordinated discharge plans and ongoing support strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is mandatory.

• A valid Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
