Paralegal/ legal assistant

Job Description Law Firm (Firm) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant or Paralegal with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in civil litigation to join our growing legal team. Position Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation. Strong knowledge of California state court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines. Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic court filing systems. Family law experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: Starting compensation: $35.00 per hour or higher , depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level. Work Location: This is an in-office position only . Applicants must be able to work at either of our office locations: Irvine, California , or Diamond Bar, California . Remote work is not available for this position.
