Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Shift Perspective Mental Health, you will:

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and implement immediate treatment plans as required.

• Collaborate with clients’ support systems, including family members and other healthcare professionals, to facilitate effective treatment and discharge planning.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress, ensuring all records adhere to ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
