Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide teletherapy sessions using secure video and phone platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Document treatment progress, clinical notes, and administrative records accurately in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to promote comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Step In Hope Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life challenges. Your role will significantly impact their journey to recovery and mental well-being by providing empathetic support and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
