Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining clear goals, therapeutic modalities, and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, utilizing de-escalation strategies and coordinating referrals to additional resources or specialists.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with state regulations and the ethical standards established by the profession.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of current mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Omada, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals and families experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. We prioritize culturally competent care and strive to adapt our therapeutic approach to honor the unique context of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of four years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions relevant to couples and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
