Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, regularly reviewing and adjusting care plans in response to client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including psychiatrists and social workers, to streamline client care and enhance service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Your Path to Empowerment, Ltd, you will serve a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role is vital in helping these individuals develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience to overcome life’s obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of documented experience providing clinical mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n
