Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling aimed at addressing behavioral and emotional challenges among students.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to develop customized treatment plans geared towards student success.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators and other healthcare professionals to share insights and adjust care strategies, optimizing student outcomes.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services and provide resources for additional community support when necessary.

• Ensure accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
