Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both telehealth and community settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and the development of treatment plans for individuals with mental health and emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the appropriate level of intervention required, and arrange for more comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that align with best practices while ensuring coordinated communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, aimed at empowering clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Manage a diverse caseload, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Allenton Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
