What you will be doing Neros is looking for a mission-driven Workplace Operations Lead to own the employee experience across our office and shared spaces. This person will be the backbone of a workplace that our team loves coming to — ensuring everything from the front door to the supply closet is running at a high standard. If you take pride in the details and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role is for you. Responsibilities Day-to-day operations of office and employee-facing spaces Accountability for the workplace ticketing and request system Vendor coordination and quality management Office setup, moves, and space planning support Employee experience programming and amenities management You should have the following 2–5 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re the face of the workplace Proficiency with facilities or workplace software and comfort tracking budgets and projects Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours for events or developing projects Nice to have Experience supporting a scaled office environment (300+ employees) Workplace or facilities management certification Background in hospitality, event coordination, or employee experience programming Familiarity with space planning tools or workplace analytics platforms Experience managing vendors and service contracts US Salary Range $80,000 - $100,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
