Office Manager

TECDO HONG KONG LIMITED

我们正在寻找一位积极主动、细致负责的 HR & Admin Specialist(偏行政) 。该岗位将主要负责办公室行政运营及日常管理,保障办公环境高效、有序、安全地运行,并作为办公室行政事务的核心对接人,为团队提供稳定、高效的运营支持。 岗位职责

负责办公室日常行政运营工作,包括行政费用申请、付款及报销流程对接与管理。

作为办公室行政事务的主要负责人,对接物业、房东、保洁及其他第三方服务供应商,确保各项服务稳定、高效、合规交付。

负责办公场地管理及基础行政合规工作,包括办公环境维护、卫生管理、安全管理、网络及基础设施巡检等。

统筹办公用品采购、库存管理及定期盘点,建立并持续优化行政物资管理机制,提高资源使用效率。

支持员工日常办公需求,持续优化办公室行政流程及管理标准,不断提升员工办公体验。

协助支持其他HR相关行政事务及团队运营工作。

完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求

本科及以上学历,有行政、人力资源或相关工作经验者优先。

中英文可作为工作语言,具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力。

具备优秀的沟通协调能力,能够高效对接内部团队及外部供应商。

工作认真细致,责任心强,具备良好的执行力、服务意识及团队协作精神。

具备较强的风险意识及合规意识,能够主动发现并解决问题。
