Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing client needs, treatment planning, and facilitating recovery-oriented interventions.

• Conduct intake assessments using evidence-based practices and determine appropriate treatment paths based on individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing severe emotional disturbances and major mental illnesses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Your expertise will allow you to adapt your interventions to meet the diverse backgrounds and specific needs of each client, ensuring respect and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and valid LCSW license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
