Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for whole-person care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active Virginia state PT license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient evaluation and functional assessment
• Treatment planning and direct therapy delivery
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Supervision and delegation to support staff
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and family communication
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced settings
