As we continue to grow, we're looking for a licensed Vietnamese-speaking Sales Producer who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and achieving meaningful results.

Responsibilities
● Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
● Recommend customized insurance solutions across auto, home, umbrella, earthquake, life, specialty, and business lines
● Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage updates
● Provide timely, accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
● Maintain detailed, compliant client records using agency systems
● Cross-sell products to increase retention and overall account value
● Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
Requirements
● Personal Lines or Property Casualty insurance license (required)
● Vietnamese/English bilingual (required)
● Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office and agency management systems
● Life Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
