Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive at AbbVie responsible for tactical execution of brand strategies and client account management in a pharmaceutical advertising agency setting. Responsibilities
- Execute daily account activities aligned with brand objectives and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop multimedia communication plans and client deliverables
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients on tactical development and account updates
- Create and review job estimates and budgets while mentoring account coordinators
Requirements
- 3-6 years pharmaceutical advertising agency experience with proven client service success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Veeva review platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with scientific and healthcare knowledge
- Thorough understanding of promotional review procedures and regulatory requirements
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
