Job Description
A fast‑growing climate-tech company is looking for a Vice President of Design & UX. This role is an opportunity to lead and scale the design function for a fast-growing technology business, shaping the user experience across multiple digital products. Reporting to the Product leader, you'll define design strategy, elevate design standards, and mentor a growing team while remaining deeply involved in execution.

- 10+ years in digital product design leadership \n
- Experience managing and developing design teams \n
- Strong hands-on expertise with Figma and modern UX tools \n
- Proven success building scalable design systems \n
- Strong partnership skills across Product and Engineering \n
- Experience across both web and mobile products \n
Bonus Skills
\n- \n
- Background in high-growth startup environments. \n
- Comfortable influencing executive stakeholders \n
- Knowledge of AI-powered design workflows \n
