Step into an engaging role supporting students as a Virtual Onsite Para Facilitator for the current school year. This contract opportunity focuses on helping SPED students successfully connect to their virtual classrooms by providing technical assistance across several schools near Kansas City, KS. As a highly organized and tech-savvy paraprofessional, you’ll play a crucial part in student success—ensuring their devices work seamlessly and troubleshooting issues with patience and clear communication.

Your role will include floating between locations to set up technology, working hand-in-hand with staff to troubleshoot common connectivity challenges, and staying proactive in resolving minor tech problems. A positive attitude is essential as you'll interact with educators, students, and support teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably with SPED students
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting educational technology
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems
• Availability for a 37.5 hour/week, Monday–Friday schedule through the end of the school year

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting up devices and connectivity for students in special education programs
• Addressing and resolving basic technology issues as they arise
• Communicating solutions clearly to students and staff members
• Floating between designated schools as needed to provide hands-on assistance

This position offers compensation based on your relevant experience. Paraprofessionals with 0–3 years of experience are compensated at $24 per hour; those with 4–6 years earn $28 hourly, and those with 7+ years receive $32 per hour.
