Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health and emotional needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches.

• Document client progress in our EHR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records that aid in treatment planning and follow-up care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and connect clients with additional resources as necessary.

• Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations, fostering a trusting environment for clients to openly share their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a telehealth format.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
