Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sundays & Mondays Off)

Compensation: $6,000-$12,000+ per month (Performance-Based)

Volvo Cars Palo Alto is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing luxury service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional dealership service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Build value in recommended services while maintaining customer trust.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including repair status, estimates, and completion times.
• Manage repair order documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with customers to promote retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Meet or exceed service sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Automotive dealership Service Advisor or Service Writer experience is required.
• Proven ability to recommend and sell maintenance and repair services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume dealership service department.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
