Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Co-facilitating childbirth education and postpartum peer support groups alongside qualified birth workers, helping to create a community of support for new parents.

• Actively taking part in clinical consultations and learning opportunities with peers to foster professional development and enhance service delivery.

• Ensuring all clinical documentation is completed accurately and promptly within our electronic health records system, maintaining compliance with regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily benefit individuals navigating various stages of mental health challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. You will support diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent care and addressing unique barriers faced by clients in accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
