Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience.
• Physical Therapist license in NC required to start.
• New graduates not accepted.
• HEP B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Schedule structure: ideally 5x8s; 4x10s may be considered.
• No floating required.
