Work Environment\n

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals while enjoying the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to patients dealing with various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health statuses, which include understanding their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that reflect the best practices in mental health care while being culturally competent and sensitive to individual patient needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive, multidisciplinary care for each patient.

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously and modifying treatment plans when necessary, based on ongoing feedback from the patients and healthcare team.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and connecting them to community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
