Marketing Specialist

Requirement/Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; or a High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Manage registration processes, attendee communications, and hotel and rooming lists.
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers for collateral, signage, apparel, and demo materials.
- Oversee shipping and logistics for booths, demo equipment, and on-site materials.
- Provide onsite support including registration, badge scanning, catering coordination, and transportation.
- Assist with booth setup and teardown, supply organization, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Ensure seamless onsite execution through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Coordinate catering, restaurant reservations, and event communications.
- Support internal communication needs, budget tracking, and asset management.
- Assist in developing event collateral, presentations, and recaps to share outcomes and successes across the business.
- Maintain event analytics, attendance metrics, and engagement dashboards.
- Support post-event ROI analysis, feedback collection, and insight reporting to guide future strategy.
- Manage post-event organization including inventory tracking, shipment returns, and supply restocking.
- Microsoft Office.
- General AI Tools (Claude, Copilot, etc).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
