Trade Show Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading technology industry organization, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Global Trade Shows team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Marketing Specialist Location: Santa Clara, CA. ONSITE Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension What's the Job? Support the planning and execution of high-profile industry trade shows and events Manage registration processes, attendee communications, and hotel arrangements Coordinate vendors for collateral, signage, apparel, and demo materials Oversee logistics including shipping, setup, teardown, and onsite support Assist with post-event analysis, reporting, and inventory management What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations Exceptional organizational and project management skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
