The Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with staff, managing inventory, and working closely with external vendors to maintain smooth supply chains and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen staff and schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality and safety
- Work with external vendors to procure supplies
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen employees
- Coordinate meal preparation to meet customer demand
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in kitchen management
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Server Safe certification
