Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavior support frameworks.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise effective positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, showcasing your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for clients' needs and accessing essential resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health issues, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience.
