Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients with serious illnesses receiving hospice care, which includes supporting patients and their families through the emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of end-of-life care. Your expertise will help guide families through difficult conversations, support emotional processing, and provide essential tools for coping during this challenging time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating an advanced understanding of social work principles and practices.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia, reflecting your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy and support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
