Director, Loss Prevention

We seek a Director of Loss Prevention to protect guests, associates, and assets by anticipating risks, managing incidents, and enforcing security policies. Responsibilities Maintain safety and security of all hotel operations, including 24‑hour coverage. Identify potential threats, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventative measures. Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with staff and external agencies as needed. Develop and deliver security training for hotel personnel. Review and update security protocols in line with company policies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and security operations. Post‑secondary diploma, degree, or related certifications a plus. Team player, detail oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. Flexible to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation.
