We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable\/Billing Clerk with one of our construction clients located in the Far East Valley. This is a contract to hire opportunity and requires 5 days in office.
Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable\/Billing Clerk with one of our construction clients located in the Far East Valley. This is a contract to hire opportunity and requires 5 days in office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Process accurate and timely invoicing for time and materials projects.
- Track equipment usage and allocate costs to customer projects.
- Maintain billing activities across multiple company entities.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with project managers to validate billable labor, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting systems to support AR processes.
Requirements:- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience with time and materials billing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
