Accounts payable and Human Resources Clerk

Accounts Payable & Human Resources Clerk
The Accounts Payable & Human Resources Clerk supports both accounting and HR functions for Bacus Foods Corp., a multi-state Jimmy John's franchisee. This role processes vendor invoices, assists with payroll and HR tasks, and provides administrative support to our restaurants and corporate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices; Assist in preparing weekly payments as needed
- Review, scan and distribute incoming mail.
- Monitor multiple office email accounts.
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain and scan incoming company credit card receipts
- Support new-hire onboarding: review paperwork, verify completeness, and assist with E-Verify.
- Maintain employee files and assist with benefits, sick time, garnishments, and compliance tasks.
- Provide support to managers regarding payroll deadlines, forms, and HR processes.
- Assist office team members as needed
