Position Overview
A growing property management company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable to support day-to-day Accounts Payable operations. This role will primarily focus on processing vendor invoices, paying bills through the company's new accounting software, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable learning new systems, and able to manage multiple invoices while maintaining accuracy.

Position Overview

This role will primarily focus on processing vendor invoices, paying bills through the company's new accounting software, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable learning new systems, and able to manage multiple invoices while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices
- Enter invoices into the accounting system
- Process ACH payments and check payments
- Maintain vendor accounts and documentation
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Support maintenance and service-related invoice processing
- Assist with month-end AP activities
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and paid on time
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with invoice processing and vendor management
- Experience with ACH payments and check runs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Property management, construction, maintenance, or service industry experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, MRI, Sage, or other accounting software
- Experience processing high-volume invoices
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Someone who can quickly learn and utilize new accounting software
